Pogba Available for Man Utd's Premier League Opener

Paul Pogba is expected to be fit for Manchester United's Premier League opener against Chelsea after suffering a back spasm, though he will miss Saturday's International Champions Cup clash with AC Milan.

United will face the Serie A club in their final ICC match as the only side who can knock Benfica off the top of the table in the pre-season tournament, though the Red Devils need to win by three goals or more to lift the trophy.

However, they will be without Pogba who, after a strong pre-season despite angling for a move, suffered a back issue following training on Friday.

Another student of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), identified as Joseph Icon, died on Wednesday morning. The deceased, according to the Students Union President, Awodola Oluwaseun, was one of the victims that sustained gunshot injuries at a protest on Tuesday. “Another student just died this morning. Ekiti mourns as First Class Monarch, Oluyin dies

The former Chief Judge of Ekiti State and the Oluyin of Iyin Ekiti, Oba Ademola Ajakaye, has joined his ancestors. Oluyin died at the early hours of Friday , according to a palace source. The late Oluyin, who was the first Chief Judge of the State in 1996 at its creation, was at a time the Administrator General, National Judicial Institute (NJI). The town has begun traditional rites since Friday, which includes relocation of market and cutting of trees in the town, denoting the passage of the PeluPelu Oba. Iyin, is the town of the former Governor of Ekiti State and the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Chief Niyi Adebayo and the Senator representing Ekiti Central at the Senate, Hon.
